At InfinityPulse, we provide reliable hosting services for VPS and game server customers. All of our standard services are offered as "unmanaged," meaning that unless you purchase an optional management add-on, the responsibility for software and server configuration lies with you, the client.
What Unmanaged Services Mean
Unmanaged hosting is ideal for customers who are comfortable managing their own servers or want to learn how to do so. While InfinityPulse ensures that the underlying infrastructure—such as physical hardware, network connectivity, and power—is fully operational, tasks like operating system setup, application installation, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting are handled by the client.
This approach allows you to maintain full control over your server while keeping costs down, since you’re not paying for additional management services.
What We Cover
For all unmanaged VPS and game servers, InfinityPulse provides:
- Hardware Support: We maintain the server hardware and will replace any defective components at no extra cost.
- Network Reliability: We make sure your server stays connected to the Internet as per our standard uptime practices.
- Power Redundancy: Our data centers feature power backup systems to keep your servers running smoothly.
- Server Management Tools: VPS customers receive access to a control panel (e.g., SolusVM or equivalent), allowing you to start, stop, reboot, reinstall, or access the console at any time.
What's Not Included
Our unmanaged services do not cover software support, coding/programming, troubleshooting OS-level or application-level issues, or any configuration outside of what's provided by the control panel.
