After ordering a VPS or game server with InfinityPulse, your login credentials are sent directly to your email. You can also access them via the email log in your client portal.
To retrieve your credentials:
- Log in to the client portal: https://my.infinitypulse.dev using the email address and password you provided during signup.
- Go to the "View Email Log" section in your client area.
- Look for the email with the subject "VPS/Game Server Login Information" and open it.
- You will find your server IP, root username, and password in that email. Use these credentials to SSH into your VPS or game server.
For shared hosting customers, your CentOS Web Panel (CWP) login details, including the control panel link, username, and password, are included in a separate email with the subject "Shared Hosting Login Information".
