Our status page is actively updated by our operations team. If there are any issues on our side, it will be reflected within minutes. If you do not see any reported issues, please consider the following troubleshooting steps.
For VPS and Game Server Customers:
Before opening a support ticket, please verify the following on your side:
- Check Our Status Page: Confirm there are no ongoing issues affecting your server's location or node.
- Ping and SSH Into Your Server: If you can ping and SSH into your server, the issue may be related to the software or services running on it. Check your web server, database, or other services. If your VPS/game server is unmanaged, you are responsible for troubleshooting software-level issues or consult with your system administrator.
- Check Your Network/ISP: If you cannot ping or SSH, ensure the issue is not caused by your local network or ISP. You can use https://ping.pe/ to test connectivity from multiple global locations. Make sure your server firewall allows ICMP (ping) requests.
- Firewall Rules: Misconfigured firewall rules can block connections. Log into your server via CentOS Web Panel (CWP) to review and adjust firewall settings as needed.
- Reboot Your Server: If other steps fail, try rebooting your VPS/game server through the CentOS Web Panel control panel.
These are common troubleshooting steps and not exhaustive. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you.
For Shared Hosting Customers:
- Check Our Status Page: Confirm there are no ongoing issues affecting your location or node.
- Verify Firewall Blocking: If you suspect your IP might be blocked, try accessing your website from a different connection (e.g., mobile data). If it works from one connection but not another, your IP may be blocked. Use https://www.myipaddress.com/ to find your IP, then open a support ticket and provide your IP so we can verify.
The above steps are common troubleshooting measures and are not exhaustive. If you continue to experience issues, please open a support ticket with as much detail as possible. Our support team is ready to assist you promptly.
